About RGFPSL Softball

The Rocklin Girls Fastpitch Softball League is a recreational league established for girls ages 4 thru 16 in the city of Rocklin. We strive to develop and maintain a program of friendly competition with the goal of educating players about sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and integrity.

Our program is organized under the umbrella of the Northern California Girls Softball Association. The mission of RGFPSL is to provide a quality youth sports program for the girls in Rocklin. We make that happen through the commitment of dedicated volunteers whose goal is to make the softball experience as meaningful and enjoyable as possible for all participants. We owe our success to everyone who makes this program possible including our board and others who help raise funds, run clinics and distribute equipment and uniforms; those who volunteer as coaches and team managers; and those who put in long hours to maintain our fields.
This site is established as a resource for the players, coaches, and parents involved in the RGFPSL program. You will find information about the structure of the program, registration, clinics, drills, field maintenance, fundraising and more. We have included Fastpitch Links on a wide variety of subjects and we hope this information will help you learn more about this fascinating sport. Fastpitch softball is growing rapidly in popularity. Today, more and more colleges are establishing varsity softball programs, and there are many opportunities for young women who want to continue playing Fastpitch Softball after high school. This site is a tool for keeping parents and players informed about the latest activities in the RGFPSL. If you would like to provide feedback on the content of this site or add information, please contact one of our Board Members.
