Please fill in the form below to indicate that your daughter is interested in being considered for this year's All Star Team.  The draft process is described in the League Operational rules which is under the Information/Documents section on the home page of the website. 

Please review the Commitment Letter and ensure that you're able to make the required commitments before you fill in the form below. If your daughter is offered and accepts a position on an All Star team, you will be required to sign the form and turn it in to the league.
